Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) Client Team Leader We are seeking a senior‑level client team leader to own the BPA relationship and lead power delivery market growth across Oregon and Washington. This role combines strategic client leadership, market strategy, and business development, with hands‑on involvement in pursuits and select project oversight. Key Responsibilities Serve as senior sponsor and relationship owner for BPA. Lead the BPA Client Team and coordinate cross‑business unit delivery. Manage the overall BPA client experience and long‑term relationship strategy. Forecast BPA sales, revenue, and staffing needs. Ensure profitability, favorable contract terms, and successful collections. Market & Business Development Lead proposal development, presentations, and negotiations. Identify and pursue BPA‑specific and regional utility opportunities. Collaborate across business units to deliver integrated solutions. Project & Team Leadership Serve as Principal‑in‑Charge, Client Team Leader, or Project Manager. Oversee power delivery projects, including substations, transmission, and studies. Ensure quality, schedule, budget, and risk management standards are met or exceeded. Coach project managers and support project recovery when needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering (or related field), or equivalent experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Minimum 15+ years of experience in power delivery or utility consulting. Proven success leading utility client relationships. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience working with BPA. Established relationships with Pacific Northwest utilities. Experience with Alternative Project Delivery (APD) or EPC/EPCM projects. Recognized industry presence and thought leadership. Excellent communication skills.
