Project Manager

We're hiring a Project Manager for a major underground construction project in Manhattan on behalf of a specialty geotechnical contractor backed by one of the largest foundation engineering groups in the world. This is a technically demanding role requiring a PM who can own the full project commercial, technical, and operational. Not just managing a schedule. Owning the outcome. What the role involves: Full lifecycle project management on a landmark underground build in New York City Technical oversight of deep foundation and ground improvement operations including slurry walls, jet grouting, and shaft construction Commercial accountability — claims management, change orders, cost control, margin protection Stakeholder coordination across NYC agencies, general contractors, utilities, and subcontractors What we're looking for: Proven experience as a PM on tunnel, underground, or heavy civil construction projects Understanding of ground treatment techniques jet grouting, soil mixing, slurry walls, TBM operations, shaft construction Strong commercial acumen — claims, change orders, contract administration NYC or comparable metropolitan public works experience preferred Package: Competitive: Career-defining project with real technical ownership. #J-18808-Ljbffr
