Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist with their CCC credential to support students at both elementary and middle school levels near Norwich, CT! This contract position begins as soon as possible and runs through June, offering a chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young learners within a dynamic educational environment.

Candidates will provide in-person speech-language therapy services during school hours from 8:45 am to 3:45 pm on site, working across both elementary and middle school campuses. The ideal candidate holds a current Connecticut SLP license and enjoys collaborating with educational teams to help students overcome speech and language barriers.

Qualifications:

• CT SLP certification required
• SLP-CCC credential required
• Experience in school settings or with pediatric caseloads preferred
• Familiarity with both elementary and middle school age groups
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with speech/language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with IEP teams
• Provide direct therapy services according to student IEPs
• Consult with educators, parents, and support staff to facilitate student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely records as required by school guidelines
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
