Litigation Paralegal

Overview Chief Operating Officer | Legal Operations | Litigation Paralegal Location: Columbia, SC | Full-time, on-site Company: Cromer Babb & Porter, LLC is a Columbia-based law firm focusing on employment law. Our firm represents individuals in disputes arising from their current or past employment, with various claims such as discrimination and retaliation under Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FMLA, and similar statutes. The firm also handles defamation claims, business litigation, state claims, grievances, and other employment-related claims.
