We are a boutique law firm with a specific focus on catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation cases, and we are known for our willingness — preference, even — for taking cases to trial. We are located in the beautifully renovated Barton-Wallace Homes, built in 1890 and carefully restored by our firm in 2017 and 2023. These twin white, red-roofed buildings at the corner of Bull Street and Calhoun Street (directly across from the rapidly growing BullStreet District) are physical representations of our dedication to excellence and success. We are currently opening one seat for a new paralegal, and we are looking for someone who resonates with our culture and who: Has a strong professional drive and desire for personal growth and professional advancement; Is a self-starter and a go-getter but who is also willing to take direction and seek mentorship from other members of the firm; Has experience as a paralegal, preferably in a litigation-focused role (defense- or plaintiff-side) – preferred but not required; Understands the nuances of exceptional customer service and is dedicated to treating our clients with the respect and level of care and attention they deserve from us; Has a high level of verbal ability and an appreciation for language, with a strong capacity for quality writing and drafting; and Pays a high level of attention to detail, and has particular talent for staying organized in the midst of a high level of activity.
