Permanent, direct-hire seat, not a contract or cap-season surge role. You would join a compact group of attorneys and paralegals handling employment-based immigration for manufacturers, suppliers and other global employers, including a steady stream of cross-border TN work most immigration shops never see. Schedule built for family: your first 90 days are in the Detroit office learning the team's playbook, then the role opens up to a remote-forward schedule. You will still come in on the days your supervising attorney sets, when the paralegal team is together, and for the monthly in-person team day.
