Job Description Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal
We are a top-tier plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our fast-paced, high-performance team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with a strong track record in personal injury litigation who thrives under tight deadlines and complex case management.
This is not an entry-level position. Only candidates with substantial litigation experience should apply.
Manage complex personal injury cases independently from pre-suit through trial
Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and client correspondence
Prepare, organize, and review medical records, depositions, and trial exhibits
Summarize medical records and deposition transcripts for attorney review
Maintain detailed litigation calendars, monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with court rules
Minimum 3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience; Exposure to complex, high-stakes personal injury cases
Fast-paced, litigation-focused environment with high expectations
