Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of new patients to evaluate their mental health status, utilizing evidence-based tools and assessments such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) to formulate accurate diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Design comprehensive treatment strategies in collaboration with patients, incorporating cultural and personal values to enhance engagement and effectiveness, while regularly reviewing and modifying plans based on patient progress.

• Document all patient interactions and treatment plans diligently, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations and organizational standards, and using current healthcare technologies to maintain accurate records.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 90,000 and 105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including:
