Shift Manager / Head Server - Part Time

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Serve as the manager on duty when the General Manager is not present, providing guidance and support to the staff.
Operations Oversight: Oversee general operations, ensuring that employee responsibilities and customer interactions meet our high standards.
Financial Management: Handle daily finances, including cash management and reporting.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Schedule

Part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
