Role Overview

As an RN-Registered Nurse, you will provide leadership in coordinating and delivering compassionate, quality patient care. You¿ll utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, while effectively communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Your role is vital in ensuring patient goals are met and solutions are implemented when variances arise.

What You Will Do

• Lead the coordination and delivery of compassionate, quality patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching for patients and families.
• Communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Identify and implement solutions for variances from patient goals.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BLS).

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
