You'll work closely with our talented Kitchen team to prepare and serve meals with care and compassion. Who are we? An IntroductionCopeland Oaks is a senior community for adults 55 and older in every stage of living - all in one beautiful village-like setting. Located in Sebring in northeast Ohio at the crossroads of Mahoning, Columbiana and Stark counties. It's an ideal blend of serene country living with the conveniences of nearby city life. The schedule for this position is varied shifts, varied schedules allowing us to best serve the needs of our residents.

To excel as a Dietary Aide at Copeland Oaks in Sebring, you should possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with staff, residents and family members. Attention to detail is crucial when following dietary requirements and portion sizes. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate well with team members is essential. Being adaptable and willing to take on various tasks in the kitchen is important for success in this role.
Prior experience in a Dietary or Kitchen setting is advantageous but not required; we provide on-the-job training to help you thrive in your new position. Your positive attitude and passion for helping others are key attributes that will make you a valuable member of our team.
