We make authentic Italian food made from scratch, using local ingredients. We are what you
expect when you think of "real Italian food". We have been serving delicious food since 1970
and are now expanding our operations in our kitchen.

We are a team of hardworking professionals that take pride in our craft. We know that success
is tied to the people that make the food we deliver to our customers and we are looking for
people who want to be a part of our team.

We come to work to make great food, provide top service, and have a great time! We work hard
but have a ton of fun!

Here is what you will be doing with us:

• Work with managers to complete opening and closing tasks
• Prepare a variety of meals according to family recipe traditions
• Work with ovens, grills, fryers and other kitchen equipment
• Understand portion size and prepare plates according to recipe specifications
• Maintain clean and sanitary work station
• Attend regular meetings with employees and management
• collaborate with team members to improve conditions

And as always, operate with the highest level of integrity and standards. Our customers are the
cornerstone of our restaurant and will always be what makes us continue to be known as one of
the longtime business leaders in the historic downtown Salem community.

Qualifications:
• 1 year of food preparation experience
• 1 year of working on a food line
• High school diploma or equivalent
