Marketing Account Manager

We also publish ID Guide Magazine , Idaho’s statewide business and lifestyle publication. We move fast, care deeply about our clients, and love creating work that makes an impact. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and people-focused to help manage client relationships and keep projects moving. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned clients Lead client onboarding and kickoff meetings Manage project timelines, deadlines, and communication Coordinate with our creative team to keep projects on track Build and maintain content calendars for social media clients Schedule and publish social media content across platforms Review content for accuracy and brand consistency before publishing Monitor client requests and ensure timely follow-up Attend client meetings (virtual and in person) Assist with monthly reporting and campaign performance updates Help improve internal processes and client experience Support ID Guide partnerships and marketing initiatives as needed We’re Looking For Someone Who Is highly organized and detail-oriented Communicates professionally and confidently Can manage multiple projects without dropping details Takes initiative and solves problems independently Enjoys working directly with clients Is comfortable learning new software and systems Has experience with social media, marketing, or project management Wants to grow with a fast-paced creative company Preferred Experience Account management or client services Marketing or social media management Project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, etc.) Social scheduling tools Google Workspace Basic understanding of marketing strategy and branding Compensation $25/hour Up to 30 hours per week Flexible schedule Hybrid work environment (Treasure Valley preferred) Opportunity to grow into a full-time leadership role as the company continues to expand Why Uptempo?
