Job Overview A law firm seeks a Patent Agent and Technical Specialist in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in patent prosecution and technical skills in relevant fields. Duties Prepare and prosecute patent applications. Collaborate with clients to understand technical innovations. Conduct patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses. Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience. Experience with wireless telecommunication standards, signal processing, or computer networking. Education Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or physics. Certifications Registered Patent Agent with the USPTO preferred.
