They are currently expanding their commercial team and are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to leverage their established network and drive business growth across the Southern United States. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets across an established territory. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with orthopaedic and spine surgeons, hospitals, and ambulatory surgery centres (ASCs). Identifying new business opportunities while maximising sales within existing customer accounts. Providing clinical support and product expertise during surgical procedures. Delivering a high standard of account management and responsive customer service. Working collaboratively with internal teams to successfully execute territory growth strategies. Candidate Profile Essential Experience We are seeking candidates with: A proven track record in medical device sales, specifically within orthopaedics, spine, or another surgical specialty. Demonstrable success in consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets. An established network of relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and key clinical decision-makers. Strong commercial acumen, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work autonomously and manage a large sales territory effectively. Desirable Experience An existing book of business within Texas, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tennessee. Why Join?
