Utility Worker

Utility WorkerResponsible for disassembling, cleaning and sanitizing of all food-processing equipment, including storage areas, manning the dish machine and pot washing stations, sanitation of floors -walls- mobile kitchen equipment, handling any and all line clean ups enforcing all safety rules and regulations, monitoring the inventory of cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies.FULL_TIME & PART-TIME opportunities Available Weekends included FLSA Status: Non-ExemptDepartment: Dining Salary: $15.49 HourlySupervisor Title: Executive ChefPOSITION OBJECTIVEFollows State regulations for sanitation to prevent and/or eliminate the spread of bacteria. All certifications must be current while employed. Copies of certification(s) must be provided to the Department and Human Resources.PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell.
