About The Team And Projects

You will join a team developing and implementing MES solutions based on AVEVA technologies (Wonderware), including the System Platform, Model-Driven MES, Historian, and integration solutions.

We carry out international projects for large manufacturing companies in the food, chemical, and industrial sectors. Currently, we are rolling out MES systems in plants on several continents, developing solutions after pilot implementations.

We work project-based – depending on the stage of implementation, you can participate in developing new functionalities, system integration, rollouts, upgrades, and production launches.

This is a role for someone who finds their way well at the intersection of IT, industrial systems, and integration. We are looking for an engineer who understands the manufacturing environment, can work with data and MES systems, and is comfortable with the technical aspects of implementations.

We work fully remotely, with the option to use offices in Wroclaw, Katowice, Poznan, and Gdansk.

In This Role You Will Be Responsible For:

• developing, configuring, and implementing MES systems based on AVEVA technologies
• integrating production systems with databases, SCADA systems, ERP, and other data sources
• working with process data and developing business logic for MES systems
• developing and maintaining application components using web and backend technologies
• creating and developing queries and logic in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• participating in rollouts, launches, and implementation activities in production environments
• collaborating with clients to analyze requirements and develop solutions
• providing technical support and troubleshooting for production systems
• cooperating with project teams, automation engineers, and client-side engineers
• participating in the development of standards and best practices in MES and industrial integration

You Are Our Missing Piece If You:

• have experience working with MES, SCADA systems
• have worked with AVEVA/Wonderware or similar industrial platforms
• understand the integration of IT/OT systems and manufacturing environments
• have practical experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
• can analyze and solve technical problems in complex system environments
• know the basics of programming and are comfortable with technologies like C#, JavaScript, SQL, or REST API
• have experience with system implementations, rollouts, or launches
• can work in a team and communicate with technical and business clients
• communicate fluently in English

We Also Value:

• knowledge of AVEVA System Platform, Historian, MES, Batch, or Work Tasks
• experience with industrial systems integration
• familiarity with ISA-95, ISA-88, or PackML standards
• experience with Git and release/deployment processes
• experience with migrations or system upgrades
• knowledge of frontend technologies, e.g., Angular
• experience with PLC/HMI/SCADA (Siemens, ABB, Beckhoff, or others)
• experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industry
