Front Office — Clevelander South Beach

Clevelander South Beach never really sleeps — and neither do we. We're looking for a detail-sharp Night Auditor to keep our numbers balanced and our guests taken care of, long after the sun goes down.

What You'll Do

• Balance the day's financial transactions and prepare accurate end-of-day reports for management.
• Run the nightly audit, making sure every charge, folio, and deposit is accounted for.
• Welcome arriving guests and handle check-in and check-out with a smile, even at 3 AM.
• Answer calls, schedule wake-up calls, and keep our guests informed and taken care of overnight.
• Keep our lobby looking sharp — well-lit, on-brand, and guest-ready at all hours.
• Step in as a Front Desk Clerk when needed, keeping the overnight shift running smoothly.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma; 2+ years of hotel experience, Rooms Division preferred.
• Sharp with numbers and comfortable auditing financial data with precision.
• Strong communicator, both in person and on the phone.
• Comfortable working independently overnight, including holidays and weekends.
• Computer savvy — Excel, Word, and property management systems (Opera or similar).
