Certified Surg Tech - Travel Job

Jackson HealthPros is seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to assist physicians and nurses in the operating room during surgical procedures. The clinician will ensure patient safety by preparing the operating room, sterilizing and setting up instruments and equipment, and providing direct support to the surgical team across a range of specialties.

Minimum Requirements:

• NBSTSA Certified Surgical Technologist (current) required.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a certified OR/Surgical Technologist in a surgical environment.
• Strong experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular procedures as required by the client.
• For cardiac OR (CVOR) responsibilities, demonstrated cardiac surgical experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous work in a hospital operating room setting preferred.
• Experience with complex specialty instrumentation and sterile processing preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0730.
• Candidates may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
