About the Role
We are seeking outgoing, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven professionals to support the launch and growth of a local merchant rewards program across multiple cities. In this field-based role, you will spend most of your time meeting with local businesses, particularly restaurants and other independent merchants. You will help businesses successfully launch, onboard and train owners and staff, build strong relationships, gather feedback, and support ongoing merchant engagement.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting new people, solving problems on the spot, and helping local businesses succeed.

Ideal Candidate would have:

• 5+ years of experience in field sales, merchant success, account management, customer success, hospitality, restaurant operations, retail operations, community management, field operations, training, or other customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field visiting local businesses.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to quickly establish trust with business owners and staff.
• Experience conducting training, facilitating workshops, onboarding customers, or educating users on products or services.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on approach.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple merchant relationships and priorities.
• Passion for supporting local and independent businesses.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel within approximately 100 miles of the assigned market.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in merchant services, payments, POS solutions, fintech, restaurant technology, hospitality, local business development, outside sales, or community engagement are highly encouraged to apply.
