Marketing Coordinator

Missing Piece Group is a full-service music company encompassing a marketing/publicity agency and record label. We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to develop and manage marketing and social media campaigns for artists, labels, live music clients and other music projects. The ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing plans for album, tour, concert venue and/or media campaigns. Responsibilities: Campaign Management & Execution Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns for agency and record label projects. Coordinate campaign development and execution across internal teams, clients and external partners. Build project timelines, content calendars and campaign workflows. Support team processes in creating digital tools/assets and managing campaign tactics. Digital & Social Marketing Manage social media strategy, messaging and assets for client projects, with a focus on releases, streaming and concert promotion. Advise clients on social and digital best practices and audience growth strategies. Research and coordinate outreach to online influencers, creators and playlist curators. Support content creation, asset development and repurposing as needed. Manage ongoing social and digital communications for MPG internal website and social channels. Reporting & Analytics Track and report on social, digital, streaming and promotional campaign performance. Analyze client channel performance and recommend optimization opportunities. Manage client CRM and campaign reporting. Position requirements/skills: Experience in music marketing, publicity, artist management, concert promotion, record label marketing or a related field; internships welcome. Experience working with DSPs, streaming platforms, influencers/creators, playlist curators and/or brand partners. Working knowledge of social and digital advertising platforms, including Meta, Instagram and YouTube. Familiarity with digital marketing, analytics and campaign tools such as Feature.fm, Chartmetric, Spotify for Artists, YouTube/Google Analytics and ticketing/remarketing platforms. Working knowledge of content creation and asset production, e.g. Canva, Photoshop and basic video editing. Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital audiences and emerging online trends. Strong organizational, communication and project-management skills. Compelling and creative online voice. Salary Range (commensurate with experience): $40k-$50k This is a full time position with benefits based in Missing Piece HQ in Jersey City, NJ - hybrid basis, generally two days per week in office.
