HVAC Project Manager

A growing HVAC services company is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to oversee installation, replacement, and upgrade projects from design through completion. We are looking for a proactive professional with strong project management and HVAC expertise who can effectively manage budgets, schedules, field teams, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience managing projects in the HVAC industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, products, and services. Experience managing project budgets, costs, and financial performance. Ability to manage projects from planning through completion. Experience coordinating with technicians, subcontractors, and customers. Ability to negotiate project revisions, change orders, and contract modifications. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $150,000 + Benefits .
