POSITION SUMMARY

The Team Lead Residential Coordinator provides essential administrative, operational, and compliance support to ensure the effective operation of our 82-unit permanent supportive housing program for individuals and families at Willow Landing. The Team Lead RC is responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring the provision of non-case management onsite services which includes front desk support, transportation, pool usage, and on-site events. The Team Lead RC reports to the Willow Landing Program Director/Operations Manager and acts as a liaison between these staff and, and the Facilities department which includes the building superintendent, maintenance staff, and housekeeping, as well as a liaison to Property Management and the onsite commercial tenants.

The team lead is responsible for the supervision of RC?s bus drivers, and lifeguards while also providing administrative oversight of building needs. Core duties include serving as an escalation point for onsite service needs. Hours will be determined based upon program staffing needs. Position is a 32 hour/week full-time position with benefits.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide on-site supervision and support for residential coordinator staff (RC?s), drivers, and lifeguards
• Oversee bus schedules, pool calendar, cleaning of common spaces, and front desk duties
• Ensure 24-hour staff coverage at the front desk to build a sense of community and security with residents and their visitors entering and existing the building
• Support RCs to respond to crisis that occur during their shifts and ensure staff follow up and reporting of all crisis/incidents that occur in the building, and identify training needs
• Ensure timely reporting of all work orders
• Ensure staff reporting on daily resident needs and activities
• Engage in weekly round up meetings with the case management team
• Coordinate building issues with the Facilities and Property Management Departments and commercial tenants to resolve issues as they arise
• Provide planning support for onsite activities at the building including ordering supplies
• Ensure coordination of information between day and night staff
• Coordinate on site transportation usage and ensure transportation tracking by drivers
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• High school diploma or its equivalent required

Experience:

• 3 or more years of administrative or compliance experience preferably in a social service or supportive housing setting
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience required
