Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 35-40 patients per week, some telehealth, No weekends

Position Overview

As a Mobile Medical Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner (PMHNP), you will provide independent, in-home psychiatric services. This provider-based role allows you to structure your day efficiently-without rigid clinic schedules or productivity pressures.

You'll meet patients where they are most comfortable, enabling deeper connections, more thorough assessments, and improved outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive in-home patient assessments and evaluations
• Manage psychiatric conditions across a diverse patient population
• Review medical histories and develop individualized care plans
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic testing (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Prescribe medications and provide patient/caregiver education
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program
• Current National Board Certification (PMHNP)
• Active Florida PMHNP license
• Current professional liability insurance

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Practitioner.
• Ability to practice independently with strong clinical judgment
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and patient-centered care approach
