Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Homecare Hospice

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our Homecare Hospice team, providing exceptional, patient-focused end-of-life care in the comfort of patients' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough assessments to evaluate patient needs.
• Manage pain and symptoms effectively.
• Administer medications and execute skilled nursing interventions.
• Educate and support both patients and their families throughout the care process.
• Develop personalized care plans tailored to individual patient requirements.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and respectful care.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in hospice or palliative care is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions
