Director, Construction - Data Centers - Remote with travel We are partnering with a market-leading data center owner/operator redefining how mission-critical infrastructure is delivered at scale. This organization is at the forefront of AI, cloud, and enterprise technology - building some of the most advanced digital campuses in the world. This is a senior leadership role for a proven construction executive who thrives in high-impact environments and wants to shape the future of digital infrastructure. The Role As Director of Construction, you will lead regional construction operations, overseeing teams, schedules, budgets, and execution across large, complex data center projects. Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive consistency, safety, quality, and delivery excellence across the portfolio. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of construction performance from planning through turnover. What You’ll Do Lead and manage regional construction teams and delivery processes Own project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and execution strategy Enforce best-in-class safety, quality, and compliance standards Negotiate and manage contractor and vendor relationships Identify and mitigate construction risk to protect schedule and cost Partner closely with operations, design, and executive leadership Drive continuous improvement across construction methods and systems What You’ll Bring 7+ years of senior construction leadership experience (Director, Sr. PM, Project Executive) Strong data center or mission-critical construction background preferred Deep understanding of all construction disciplines (civil, structural, MEP) Experience managing large budgets, fast-track schedules, and multiple stakeholders Ability to influence at the executive level and lead high-performing teams Working knowledge of construction management platforms (Procore or similar) Why This Opportunity Direct impact on next-generation AI and cloud infrastructure Executive visibility and long-term leadership runway High-performance culture built around accountability and excellence Stable, well-capitalized platform with continued national expansion Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Metric DCX
