Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington in Yakima, WA is seeking a Young Adult Housing Program (YAHP) Case Manager to implement the program per contract guidelines, provide rental assistance, and deliver intensive case management for youths aged 18-24. The role focuses on helping clients learn independent living skills, secure housing with landlords, and participate in group events while coordinating with Foster Teen Programs.
