If you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:Ensure timely, accurate payroll processing in compliance with government regulationsManage and oversee the processing of multiple weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, ensuring full compliance with Collective Bargaining Agreements and contractual obligationsGuarantee the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing while strictly adhering to all relevant federal and state regulationsConduct thorough analysis of payroll issues, recommending and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency and accuracyCollaborate effectively with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to maintain system integrity and ensure compliance during payroll setup and updatesProvide comprehensive training and mentorship to team members, facilitating local training sessions as needed to enhance team skills and knowledgeOversee and manage salary adjustments, deductions, bonuses, and payroll accounting, including the processing of final checks for both voluntary and involuntary employee separationsOther duties as assignedRequired Education and Experience: High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 0 to 2 years of related experiencePreferred Education and Experience: College Degree Experience with UKG or Kronos Timekeeping SystemBenefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
