Description We are a local Dunkin Baskin Robbins Franchisee with 13 locations. We are looking for a detail oriented bookkeeper for our central office in Skokie, IL. Responsibilities Complete daily sales reconciliations for all locations and review cash, credit card, gift card, 3rd party sales receipts. Record and review all financial transactions. Complete journal entries. Prepare invoices as needed. Process all vendor payments and print checks. Create various reports in Excel for senior management. Submit sales and expenses to outside CPA firm. Process payroll through outside CPA firm. Perform various administrative responsibilities. Qualifications Experience in bookkeeping, accounting or accounts payable (Required). Proficient in MS Office Excel and QuickBooks (Required). Education: Bachelor's degree (Preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
