Responsible for maintaining and modifying existing technical manuals. May participate in the writing of new operation and maintenance manuals, online web-based documents and technical publications. Organizes and analyzes source materials such as design and test specifications, design diagrams, and schematics. Completes tasks with input from Technical Writing Team Lead. Work is project-oriented and actual tasks must be defined by employee. Understands company goals and practices and applies them when resolving a variety of problems. Receives only general instructions on new work. Uses judgment and creativity and sound technical knowledge to obtain and recommend solutions. May interface with senior management and end Cusotmers to convey information.
