Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical unit setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Monitor and document patient progress, changes in condition, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in a Medical Surgical nursing environment
• Ability to perform effectively across varying performance expectations in a travel assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Familiarity with rotating shift schedules in an acute care setting
