Human Resource Manager

Lead the organization’s human resources strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, HR technology, workforce analytics, and organizational development initiatives.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive human resource strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, business priorities, and long-term operational plans.
• Conduct workforce planning and organizational design initiatives to support business scalability, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational performance.
• Advise executive management on strategic human resource initiatives, succession planning, performance management frameworks, leadership development, and organizational risk mitigation.
• Design, analyze, and administer compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs using market benchmarking, internal equity analysis, and workforce data.
• Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and key performance indicators to improve employee productivity, accountability, and organizational effectiveness.
• Oversee recruitment strategy, talent acquisition planning, candidate evaluation, employee onboarding, retention initiatives, and workforce succession planning.
• Utilize AI-assisted sourcing, recruitment, reporting, workflow automation, and decision-support tools to improve HR service delivery and workforce planning activities.
• Evaluate and support the implementation of AI-enabled HR technologies while maintaining appropriate human oversight, employee data privacy, ethical use, and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics, turnover data, workforce trends, compensation information, and organizational performance to provide data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC regulations, OSHA, IRCA, and I-9 requirements.
• Lead employee relations initiatives, including workplace investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, conflict resolution, and consistent policy enforcement.
• Develop, review, and maintain HR policies, employee handbook standards, governance procedures, compliance documentation, and internal controls to reduce legal and operational risks.
• Oversee Human Resource Information Systems and HR service delivery platforms, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD, or comparable enterprise HR technologies.
• Coordinate payroll administration, benefits compliance, employee records management, compliance reporting, and employee lifecycle processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
• Develop and implement employee training, leadership development, workforce transformation, and AI-literacy programs to strengthen organizational capability.
• Collaborate with executive and technology leadership to improve HR operations through digital transformation, intelligent workflows, process automation, and workforce analytics.
• Prepare executive reports, HR dashboards, compliance reports, and strategic workforce recommendations using HR analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Partial telecommuting is permitted.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Human Resource Manager or in a related position.
• Experience with Human Resource Information Systems and HR service delivery platforms.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, and ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, EEOC regulations, I-9 compliance, and related regulatory requirements.
• Experience with HR analytics, workforce data reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with HR operational processes, internal controls, policy development, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning frameworks.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking, benefits administration, and total rewards programs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted HR tools, HR workflow automation, workforce analytics, and responsible use of artificial intelligence in HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, employee-relations, conflict-resolution, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee and organizational information with discretion.
