Coordinador de Turno por Horas
Visión general
Hourly Shift Coordinators (HSC) es el líder de turno del restaurante enfocado en entregar ventas y resultados positivos a través de la coordinación de huéspedes y operaciones. El HSC apoya al Gerente General del Restaurante (RGM) y al Subgerente (AM) en la gestión de las operaciones durante los turnos asignados que impulsan los resultados clave de rendimiento. El HSC opera bajo la dirección del RGM y gestiona directamente un turno de miembros del equipo.
Deberes y responsabilidades
- Mantiene el inventario
- Dirige la preparación y venta eficiente y precisa de productos para entrega rápida dentro de las pautas establecidas de velocidad de servicio
- Revisa los resultados del restaurante para identificar éxitos y áreas de mejora
- Asegura que el restaurante mantenga los estándares operativos y de marca
- Motiva y dirige a los miembros del equipo para superar las expectativas de los huéspedes con un servicio preciso, rápido y amable en un entorno limpio
- Proporciona entrenamiento y retroalimentación a los miembros del equipo para aumentar las capacidades del equipo del restaurante
