• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, alongside preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Necessary

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) expected within one year of joining.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment.
