Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Sales and Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Aventura, FL location. This role involves greeting clients, managing appointments, handling incoming calls, assisting with patient inquiries, turning over rooms, and providing information about services and pricing. This is a small office so everyone pitches in. The Sales and Front Desk Coordinator will also play an active role in driving sales by promoting services and products, as well as supporting the administrative operations of the clinic.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both languages
• Strong customer service skills, including the ability to provide a professional and welcoming experience for clients
• Sales and upselling skills, with experience promoting services and assisting with payment options
• Organizational and administrative skills, including appointment scheduling, calendar management, and record-keeping
• Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems); experience in medical or sales-related systems is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Previous experience in a medical office, sales, or patient-facing role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields are a plus
