ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I've been in the insurance business for 10 years, and my family has been part of the industry for more than 67 years. Today, our agency includes a team of eight and continues to grow with a strong focus on professionalism, service, and long-term career development.

I hold a bachelor's degree in Economics from Penn State University and a CLU designation, and I'm licensed across multiple states in property and casualty, life and health, annuities, and financial services. Our office was also recognized as a 2026 Top 3 "Best of the Best" insurance agency in Southwest Pennsylvania.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. I serve as President of the Bethel Park Community Foundation and Treasurer of the Bethel Park Public Library Board, and we regularly participate in local events, youth sports sponsorships, and initiatives like Washington, PA's Kids Fest and Bethel Bounty.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Britney Hollick - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with customers, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer insurance accounts and update information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and renewals.
• Provide information on insurance products and services.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
