Communications Coordinator

Supporting the Communications team in a full-time remote capacity, the Communications Coordinator will manage internal communications, maintain distribution lists, and compile daily media coverage reports while ensuring accurate message delivery across platforms. Key responsibilities Execute company-wide email distributions for executive messages and key communications Compile and distribute the daily media coverage report, monitoring relevant news stories Coordinate with various departments to prepare and distribute communications related to company initiatives Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in communications, marketing, administration, or project coordination Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word BA/BS in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency preferred Experience with media software such as Adobe Photoshop and Cision is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
