Position :Data Entry Specialist Salary :$16.00/HourFull-Time Location : Gaming Division Reportsto :Finance Manager Responsibilities : Mustmaintaincompliance with all workplace policies, procedures, ordinances, laws, and other communicated expectations, including but not limited to: Employment Manual,Gaming Ordinance, State Gaming Compact, Minimum Internal Controls, Department Procedures, memos, and other communicationsfrom supervisory or regulatory personnel. Accurately record data into assigned spreadsheetsin a timely manner. Accurately record general journal entries inaccountingsystemin a timely manner. Assistin financial audit preparations. PrepareW2G and 1099tax filings. Strictly adhering to the confidentiality requirements of the Finance Division. Mustattend all trainingandmeetings asassigned. Must adhere to all established rules, regulations, procedures and policies of North Star Mohican Casino Resort and the Finance Department. Mustbe able to work with a variety of people with diverse personalities. Must adhere todepartmentalapproved dress code. Must be reliable and prompt when reporting to work. High School Diploma or GED isrequiredif you are 19 years old and under. North Star Mohican Casino Resort is looking for a courteous and friendly individual. Proficient with Exceland beattentive to detail. Mustpossessexcellent communication skills. Familiarity with Great Plains software is a plus. Must havedemonstratedabilitytomaintainsatisfactoryworking record in any prior or current employment. Work Conditions : Constant hand movements (repetitive motions: grasping, holding, use of finger dexterity). Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, orcontrols;and reach with hands and arms. Constant walking and standing which may include kneeling, crouching, reaching, and bending. Occasional pushing/pulling,liftingand/or moving up to sixty (60) pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depthperceptionand the ability to adjust and focus. Work is performed in a casino setting with a higher noise level and where cigarette smoke is prevalent. The work environment is NOT smoke,noiseor dust free. Workenvironment requires excellent personal hygiene.
