Old City Prime is looking for an experienced, professional Bartender to join our fine dining steakhouse team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality, has a strong knowledge of cocktails and spirits, and enjoys creating a great experience for every guest.

What You'll Do- Prepare and serve classic and specialty cocktails with consistency and attention to detail
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, spirits, and beer
- Deliver friendly, polished service while creating a welcoming bar atmosphere
- Build relationships with guests and remember preferences to create a personalized experience
- Take orders, manage tabs, and process payments accurately through the POS system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service
- Work efficiently during busy and high-volume periods while maintaining service standards
- Communicate and work closely with servers, culinary staff, and management
- Follow all responsible alcohol service, health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Help maintain the overall service standards and guest experience of Old City Prime
- 2+ years of bartending experience , preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to confidently interact with guests and provide a polished, professional experience
- Ability to stay organized and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Reliable and dependable
- Must be available every Friday and Saturday evening
- Availability for additional evening shifts as needed
