Compensation Range: $75,000 to $125,000 Base + 1% to 2% Commission Structure

Gradan Capital is a private equity backed specialty finance firm providing working capital to small and mid-sized businesses through merchant cash advances. The platform is supported by institutional capital, a dedicated credit facility, and in-house underwriting, which lets us fund with speed, consistency, and certainty of execution.

As a newly launched platform, we are building out our ISO channel and adding an experienced relationship manager to help lead its growth.

The Role

The ISO Relationship Manager will develop and manage Gradan’s network of ISO and broker partners. This is a high-visibility position with direct access to senior leadership, meaningful input into how the channel is built, and the resources to grow an established book of business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with ISOs and brokers to generate consistent, high-quality deal flow
• Onboard existing relationships to the platform and establish new partnerships across the market
• Work closely with underwriting and pricing to structure, approve, and fund transactions efficiently
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners on submissions, offers, and renewals
• Provide market insight to leadership to inform pricing, product development, and partner programs

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in merchant cash advance or alternative business lending, on the ISO, sales, or funder side
• An established network of active ISO and broker relationships
• Strong working knowledge of MCA structures, including factor rates, holdbacks, positions, and renewals
• Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a growth-stage environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through skills
