Head of Fraud Strategy - Transformation

Responsibilities Shape and execute Truist's fraud strategy roadmap across consumer, small business, and wholesale products Set the vision for detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud at scale Translate emerging fraud threats and regulatory expectations into prioritized transformation portfolio Partner across the enterprise to sequence investments and ensure alignment with Risk Management Framework Manage a team responsible for executing the relevant components of the Fraud Program Act as a subject matter expert for Fraud program reviews Manage relationships with third-party vendors and other resources required to execute initiatives Own execution of strategy and delivery of results Influence the strategic direction of the organization Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education Ten+ years of financial services work experience, including Fraud management experience Prior structured problem solving experience through consulting, business leadership or federal government experience Strong leadership and communication skills Five+ years direct Internal Audit and/or Governmental Regulatory experience Experience leading projects and driving change Progressive management experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
