Onboarding Specialist (Physician onboarding)

The HR Coordinator should also have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:Provide a seamless positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboardingProcess all required new hire forms accurately for internal and external applicants to startSchedule HR appointments, in conjunction with Occupational Health for new hires to provide onboarding documentsProvide a high level of customer service to internal/external candidates, hiring managers, and leadershipVerify all credentials/licenses with candidatesConduct background checks - SEL, SCR, CHRC and applicable checks as neededPerform reference checksProvide information to candidates about benefits (Union and Nonunion) PTO plans and retirement plansEstablish/build relationships with hiring managers/departments, colleges & universities to assist in recruiting for all facilitiesAssist recruiters with prescreening candidates, setting up interviews and hiring eventsMaintain accurate data in applicant tracking system (HealthCare Source)Keep up to date on all Pre-Employment Guidelines adhering to State and Federal RegulationsParticipates in and performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Special projects as assigned.Qualifications/Requirements:Experience: Experience in Human Resources, preferredEducation: Associates Degree, requiredBachelors Degree, preferred
