Position: Regional Canvassing Director - Hire, train, and grow a large, high-performing door-to-door canvassing team. This is a full-time leadership opportunity with base salary, commission, team overrides, and strong earning potential. NO SELLING!
Qualified Candidate: MUST have door-to-door canvassing management experience in the home improvement or closely related home services industry, with experience building and managing a high-volume-producing department with sales derived from canvassing leads of at least $1 to $2 million per month!
Compensation:
? Earn $150K to $250K
Qualifications:
? Canvassing management experience in home improvement or a related industry required
? Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills
? Experience building, training, and motivating door-to-door sales or canvassing teams
? Comfortable working in the field and leading by example
Responsibilities:
? Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers
? Lead regular team meetings, coaching sessions, and field training
? Develop neighborhood mapping and route plans in several regional areas
? Track team performance, support daily production, and help canvassers improve results
