(Restrictions Apply) Job Overview Registered nurses work in collaborative environments with strong interdisciplinary teams, following a patient‑centered care model in a diverse work space. Under the direction and general supervision of the Nurse Manager, the registered nurse utilizes evidence‑based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, hospital policies and procedures, and the directives of the medical staff. The registered nurse applies the nursing process to develop a plan of care that addresses the physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs of patients and families. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care while integrating nursing knowledge, evidence‑based practices, and patient safety standards.
