The Financial Analyst in this position will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality and Manufacturing teams for the 737 program. This position will involve leading financial activities, collaborating with various teams, and contributing to the overall success of the 737 program.Position Responsibilities:Act as the primary finance focal for 737 Quality organization and interface with the Senior Director, 737 Quality, and other management within the Quality teamManage the annual budgeting process, including monthly performance reporting, Opportunity & Risk (O&R), and annual budget developmentCoordinate with program customers to ensure accurate financial system inputs and conduct variance analysisIntegrate with the 737 program Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and work with Financial Planning teamHandle ad hoc requests, including executive reviews, support ratios, charge lines, etc.Champion change and actively drive process improvements as part of the Financial Analysis team's ongoing transformation projectsThis position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
