Anesthesia Technician

Hourly Pay Range $19.89 – $28.84 per hour (determined by expertise and experience) Position Details Job Title: Anesthesia Tech Location: Evanston, IL Employment Type: As Needed (Part‑time/Full‑time) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Responsibilities Assist during pre‑operative, intra‑operative, and post‑operative procedures under the direction of a supervisor. Perform pre‑procedure supply and equipment set‑up and room turnover. Audit, stock, and maintain anesthesia supply stations; calibrate point‑of‑care equipment; perform high‑level sterilization procedures and documentation. Provide basic equipment troubleshooting. Order supplies via the Lawson Material Management System. Requirements Education: High school graduate or associate's degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year as an Anesthesia Tech, Patient Care Tech, or Emergency Medical Tech; otherwise an associate's degree if not clinically experienced. Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Must occasionally lift patients and equipment, prop or tow objects as required.
