Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5pm with 30 minute lunch

Our client is looking for Home Equity processors to join their Lending Team. These positions will go contract until the end of the year. They can get extended or convert if there is a FTE opening.

These individuals will be doing full cycle home equity processing.

Responsible for:

• Managing 25 to 30 files per person (once fully trained)

• Processing home equity loans from start to finish

• Reviewing income information (ie. Pay stubs)

• Orderging appraisals if needed

• Ordering flood certification

• Gathering payoff information

• Reviewing mortgagee clause

• Preparing files for closing and sending to underwriting

• Arrange closing

MUST HAVE:

• at least 2 to 3 years of FULL CYCLE mortgage or home equity PROCESSING experience.

• high member contact - this role has a big customer service focus to it. must be willing to talk to the member throughout the process

• one team approach - be willing to help each other out. someone who wants to individually process their loans will not work. They must be willing to help each other out to decrease the pipeline.

Nice to Have:

• direct or indirect lending experience

• credit union or banking experience

• Semitar or encompass experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
