- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience
- 1+ years of stand up forklift experience
- Valid driver's license
- Forklift certification preferred
- Knowledge of how to read and understand manufacturing instructions
- Ability to read and write in English or communicate in American Sign Language
- Ability to stand up for 8 to 10 hours a day
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to bend, stoop, grip, reach, and lift up to 35 pounds on a repetitive basis
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
- Pick, wrap, and stage orders to be shipped.
- Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Identify safety hazards in the workplace.
- Remove used items such as pallets and trash bins from production, packaging, and warehouse areas
- Move parts, products, or other items physically or with a forklift, tugger, or vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of quantities, pack size, and description
- Perform other tasks as assigned
