Facilities Maintenance Technician
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sheetrock repairs (spackling, patching, sanding)
- Execute interior and exterior painting
- Maintain grounds and ensure cleanliness
- Handle post-production scrap removal
- Operate floor cleaning equipment
- Manage water jug replenishment
- Conduct light electrical maintenance (bulb/ballast replacement)
- Assist with low-voltage wiring for IT needs
- Ensure safe and organized work areas
- Prior experience in facilities or building maintenance
- Knowledge of painting, sheetrock repair, and floor cleaning
- Basic electrical skills and groundskeeping experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physically capable of manual labor tasks
- Dependable and team-oriented
