If you’re a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist with strong Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience, this role is built for you. This Digital Marketing Specialist position focuses on building, updating, and QA’ing web pages, banners, and site messaging inside AEM , managing intake and production workflows in Workfront , and supporting personalization/testing through Adobe Target . If you like execution-focused digital production work—where speed, accuracy, and clean publishing matter—this Digital Marketing Specialist role will keep you busy and visible.
Summary
Join a high-volume digital production team responsible for publishing and maintaining marketing content across an enterprise website. You’ll work in a CMS-driven environment using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) , Workfront , and Adobe Target , with frequent troubleshooting and light HTML/CSS edits to ensure content displays correctly and meets brand/SEO standards.
Responsibilities
- Build and update web pages, banners, and promotional messaging in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Triage and manage production requests in Workfront (intake, assignment, status updates, deadlines)
- Execute QA for content accuracy, layout, links, and component behavior before/after publish
- Support audience targeting and experience activation in Adobe Target (personalization, testing, targeting rules)
- Perform basic HTML/CSS edits and troubleshoot content display issues across templates/components
- Partner with internal stakeholders and developers to resolve defects and publishing issues quickly
- Optimize content for SEO and usability (on-page structure, messaging clarity, consistency)
- Support tracking/revenue validation as needed for marketing pages and digital assets
Qualifications
- ** Must live in Ohio ** and be within commuting distance of Dublin, OH (hybrid schedule)
- Hands-on experience building/updating content inside Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience using Workfront to manage/triage production requests and workflows
- Any hands-on experience with Adobe Target audience targeting/personalization (strong plus)
- Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS edits and troubleshooting content display issues
- Strong attention to detail, ability to handle high request volume, and reliable deadline execution
- 1–3+ years in digital marketing production, web content management, or CMS operations (preferred)
